Life Coaching Services
Is your work life and personal life out of balance, creating unwanted consequences? Do you have a lack of clarity with choices to be made? Are you unsure how to identify and leverage your core strengths? Do you feel you are not reaching your full potential to achieve your life desires? Perhaps the services of a Certified Professional Life Coach can help.
What is a life coach?
In today’s fast-paced and often complicated world, many individuals are turning to a life coach for help in managing current life stresses, building healthy relationships, and identifying and achieving their goals. Coaching differs from professional counseling in that coaching is future oriented with a primary focus on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one's work or personal life. The emphases in a coaching relationship are on action, accountability, and follow through. According to the International Coach Federation:
...coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that
inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly
important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the
expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.
Standing on this foundation, the coach's responsibility is to:
o Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
o Encourage client self-discovery
o Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
o Hold the client responsible and accountable
Lifeline Behavioral Healthcare, Ltd. offers coaching services with Certified Professional Life Coaches to assist individuals with setting goals, creating desired outcomes, and reaching their own objectives surrounding personal, family, relationship, work, and other life issues.
